Since Brexit, undergraduate tuition fees have surged from £9,535 to over £40,000 a year and scholarship opportunities are limited. As a result, UK universities are no longer affordable to many Czech and Slovak students.

Talent growth powered by private funding
At just 15, Bára began her journey in science, working at labs driven by curiosity and discovery. She turned to crowdfunding to fund her place at Oxford. After a successful undergraduate degree, she is now pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry at Oxford.
Funding from private donors opened the doors for her and it can do so for other aspiring students, providing opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

How it works
Our program is designed to make supporting talented students simple, transparent, and impactful. We act as a trusted intermediary between students and donors, ensuring that every contribution directly benefits those in need. Students sign up to our platform, we publish their profiles and share them with our network of potential donors. After connecting them with potential donors, we support all administrative processes, from coordinating agreements to handling tuition payments to make the process hassle-free.
This ensures that your support reaches students efficiently, while giving you full confidence that your generosity is making a real difference.
Timeline
January - April
Students with Oxbridge offer letters apply.
February - June
Student profiles are displayed publicly on this website. We contact our network of sponsors with a list of students from which they can choose who should be supported.
April - October
Sponsors can contribute any amount and either use our predefined scholarship conditions or agree on special terms directly with the student.
After the contract is signed, sponsors transfer funds to a transparent account or directly to the university.
Scholarship applications for students are open all year round, starting January 2026!
